Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within 24 hours. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will ship the following Monday.

Exceptions include custom jewelry, bead art, woven products, jade products, or print-on-demand products. Please read the product page for more details, or use the Contact Us form to email us for an estimate.

Shipping

We ship via USPS, offering First-Class or Priority Mail delivery when available.

International orders will also ship via USPS, which generally takes 2–3 weeks. Shipping time may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, holidays, weather, or other in-country factors beyond our control.

In most cases, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the shipping progress on your end.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Please note that international duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges required by your country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Mayan Majix, LLC is not responsible for collecting, estimating, or refunding any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country.

Shipping Refunds

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was shipped due to an error on our part.

If a customer changes their mind, refuses delivery, does not pay required customs duties or import fees, or decides they no longer want the item after it has shipped or arrived, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
