Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, subject to the conditions below.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Custom-made artisan jewelry, beaded animals, woven products, or jade products are not refundable.
Mayan Astrology reports are not refundable once delivered with the correct date of birth, because each report is prepared specifically for the customer and the preparation time cannot be recovered.
Returned items must be returned in unopened original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit an email through our contact page explaining why you wish to return the item. In some cases, we may request photos before providing return authorization details.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, was the wrong size, or the incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was shipped. If a customer changes their mind, refuses delivery, or decides they no longer want the item after it has shipped or arrived, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to reply to your return request.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "My Orders" link in our store footer to access your account and submit a withdrawal request directly. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
Refunds for valid withdrawal requests will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Exemptions: The following products are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized goods (including custom artisan jewelry, beaded animals, woven products, and jade products made to order)
- Digital content (including Mayan Astrology reports) that has been delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. If you have questions about your rights, consult your local consumer protection authority.
