Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Custom made artisan jewelry, beaded animals, woven or jade products. 
• Mayan Astrology reports. Once the report is delivered to you with the correct date of birth, this item is not refundable b/c there is no way to recoup the time that it took to prepare the report specifically for you. 
• Returned items must  be returned in unopened original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit an email via our contact page explaining why you wish to return the item. Please note, in some cases we will request pictures before providing RMA details to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, wrong size or incorrect item shipped (error on our part). 

Please note, If there is nothing wrong with the product you return (decided you did not want it), the original shipping cost is not part of the refund.

Please allow  up to 48 hours for us to reply to your return request.
